Ziel der Position

In dieser Rolle tragen Sie maßgeblich dazu bei, die hohen Qualitätsstandards unserer Softwareanwendungen über den gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg sicherzustellen. Sie setzen moderne Methoden und Technologien ein und entwickeln diese kontinuierlich weiter.

Ihre Hauptaufgabe

Im Rahmen von Entwicklungsprojekten übersetzen Sie fachliche Anforderungen in durchdachte Designs, stabile Architekturen sowie funktionalen und testbaren Code. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit Testern, Business-Analysten und weiteren Stakeholdern in agilen Projekten innerhalb einer Matrixorganisation zusammen.

Ihre Aufgaben im Detail

Entwicklung und kontinuierliche Pflege unserer Produktsoftware.
Umsetzung funktionaler Anforderungen in robusten, wartbaren und testbaren Code.
Mitwirkung an Architekturentscheidungen sowie Teilnahme an Design-Reviews.
Analyse und Behebung von Softwarefehlern.
Unterstützung bei Anwenderschulungen für unsere Softwareprodukte.

Anforderungen

Studium in Informatik, Software Engineering oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Praktische Erfahrung durch Projekte, Praktika oder Berufserfahrung
Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban)
Sicherer Umgang mit Versionsverwaltung (z. B. Git) und CI/CD-Pipelines
Grundkenntnisse in Softwarearchitektur und Design Patterns

Über uns

Numares Health entwickelt fortschrittliche Biomarker-Tests zur Diagnose und Messung des Krankheitsverlaufs bei Erkrankungen, die mit Stoffwechselstörungen zusammenhängen, wie z. B. chronische Nieren-, Leber- und Herzerkrankungen. Wir nutzen die Kernspinresonanzspektroskopie (NMR), um mehrere Biomarker - bekannte und neu entdeckte - aus einer einzigen Serumprobe zu quantifizieren. Durch maschinelles Lernen werden dann die wenigen, spezifischen Metaboliten identifiziert, die für die Diagnose relevant sind. Das AXINON® System, das eine von der FDA zugelassene Technologie verwendet, ist unsere zentrale Technologieplattform. Es integriert diagnostische Testalgorithmen in die Kernspinresonanzspektroskopie (NMR).

Your tasks

Purpose of the position

In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the high quality standards of our software applications throughout their entire lifecycle. You will use modern methods and technologies and continuously develop them further.

Your main task

As part of development projects, you will translate technical requirements into well-thought-out designs, stable architectures, and functional and testable code. You will work closely with testers, business analysts, and other stakeholders in agile projects within a matrix organization.

Your tasks in detail

Development and continuous maintenance of our product software.
Implementation of functional requirements in robust, maintainable, and testable code.
Participation in architecture decisions and design reviews.
Analysis and correction of software errors.
Support with user training for our software products.

Requirements

Degree in computer science, software engineering, or comparable qualification
Very good German and English skills
Practical experience through projects, internships, or professional experience
Experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
Confident use of version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
Basic knowledge of software architecture and design patterns

About us

Numares Health develops advanced biomarker tests to diagnose and measure disease progression for conditions related to metabolic dysfunction, such as chronic kidney, liver and cardiac diseases. We use nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy to quantify multiple biomarkers — known and newly discovered — from a single serum sample. Machine learning then identifies the few, specific metabolites relevant to diagnosis. The AXINON^® System, using FDA-cleared technology, is our core technology platform. It incorporates diagnostic testing algorithms into nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy.
